Order processing time
We will arrange shipment for you as soon as possible after receiving your order and completing payment.
Most orders will be processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
Our service hours are Monday-Friday/10:00 AM-6:00 PM (EST).
Orders placed after 6:00pm Monday to Thursday will be processed after 10:00am the next day.
Orders placed after 6:00pm on Friday will be processed after 10:00am on Monday. Orders are not processed on weekends.
If your order has not been processed for more than 2 business days, please contact Samantha Wood at [email protected]. We will check the latest status of your order for you and reply to you within 24 hours.
Delivery service
We choose UPS express with good service to provide you with transportation services to ensure that your goods are properly handled during transportation.
We do not charge additional shipping tax.
Shipping time is generally 2-5 business days, and our express ships from 7260 Ackerman Ave, Cocoa, Florida, 32927. Depending on the distance of the area, the shipping time will vary.
Delivery time

Express packaging
Please be assured that we will carefully inspect the water purification kettle before shipping. We pack it in thick cartons and secure it with foam. In addition to the water purification kettle, the package also includes instructions for use and a return label.
Tip: When returning items, you need to return the original packaging and return label, so please do not throw away the original packaging within the return validity period.

Cancel order
You can find the details of your paid orders in your account. You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. If it exceeds 30 minutes, you need to contact Samantha Wood by sending an email to [email protected] to cancel the order.
The refund will be fully refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days after the order is canceled. The exact refund time depends on your payment method.
If the order has already been packed and shipped: the order cannot be canceled. You can refuse to sign or apply for a return after receiving the package. The resulting return shipping charges and other additional costs will be borne by the customer.
Consumption tax
