To ensure your rights and interests, the return and exchange period we provide is 30 natural days. You have the right to apply for a return or exchange within 30 natural days after purchase.
About returns
Product status
The water purification kettle has no obvious signs of damage, such as deformation, breakage, scratches, etc.
The water purification kettle has complete accessories and the original packaging is not missing.
Return process

When returning, please use the original packaging and send it back with the completed return label (the return label is included in the original packaging).
Once shipped, please email your order number and courier information to [email protected].
Once we sign for receipt, the refund process will begin. The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days. To check the status of your refund, please check your PayPal account.

When returning, please use the original packaging and send the instructions and return label together.
Once shipped, please email your order number and courier information to [email protected].
After we sign for it, we will send a new water purification kettle to you within 1-2 business days.
Freight
Return or exchange shipping charges will be borne by the purchaser unless the item has quality issues or was shipped incorrectly. We will not be responsible for the return and exchange shipping fees caused by the customer’s personal reasons.
Filter element reissue
Within 30 natural days, if the filter element problem affects the use of the water purification kettle, you can contact Samantha Wood by sending an email to [email protected], and we will reissue a new filter element for you free of charge.
Please refer to the instruction manual for the specific replacement method of the filter element.
Relisting fee
You don’t have to pay to republish your product.
