Payment Method

If you are unsure about the payment process, you can browse below and we will guide you on how to place an order and pay on our website. Currently, we offer PayPal and support Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

PayPal payment process

Step 1: Add product to cart
Browse our product page, select your favorite pet warm house and add it to your cart. Make sure you have chosen the right size and quantity.

Step 2: Enter the checkout page
Click the shopping cart icon or enter the checkout page to confirm the order content and quantity. Go over it to make sure your order is accurate.

Step 3: Select PayPal payment
On the checkout page, when selecting a payment method, select the “PayPal” option. You will be redirected to the PayPal payment page.

Step 4: Log in to your PayPal account
Enter your PayPal username and password to log in.

Step 5: Confirm payment
On the PayPal page you will see the order details and total amount. Once you’ve made sure everything is correct, click the “Confirm Payment” button.

Step 6: Complete payment
Once the PayPal payment is completed, you will be redirected back to our website and receive confirmation that the payment was successful. At the same time, you will also receive an order confirmation email containing the order number and transaction details.

What should I do if my PayPal payment is declined?

Check account information:
Make sure the information in your PayPal account is up to date and accurate, including contact information, bank account connections, etc.

Check funds:
Make sure there are sufficient funds in the account to pay for the order or that the connected payment method (such as a bank account or credit card) has a sufficient available balance.

Wait for some time:
Sometimes, a payment may be declined due to a temporary issue. Trying to pay again after waiting for a while may be successful.

Contact Customer Service:
If the reason for payment rejection is unclear, you can contact PayPal customer service to inquire about the specific reason for rejection and obtain further solutions.

Cancel order

You can find the details of your paid orders in your account. You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. If it exceeds 30 minutes, you need to contact Samantha Wood by sending an email to [email protected] to cancel the order.

Refunds will be fully refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days after order cancellation. The exact refund time depends on your payment method.

If the order has already been packed and shipped: the order cannot be canceled. You can refuse to sign or apply for a return after receiving the package. The resulting return shipping charges and other additional costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund

We will issue a refund using the original payment method you used to pay for the item. The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days. To check the status of your refund, please check your PayPal account.
