FAQs

What should I do when using a water purification kettle for the first time?

Clean the kettle and filter element (the filter element needs to be soaked in water for 15 minutes when used for the first time).
Shake back and forth for 15-30 seconds to release the carbon powder.
Rinse under tap water for 2 minutes to remove floating carbon on the surface.
Strain two jugs of water completely and pour them out, starting with the third jug of water.

How to reset the timer?

Press and hold the monitor button for 5 seconds, the green light flashes 3 times, the reset is successful.

How is the timer recorded?

When the kettle is in use, the move from tilting to flattening is automatically recorded as a complete operation, and the light flashes. If the kettle remains tilted, measurement cannot be performed, and the light will not flash.

How often should the filter element be replaced?

It is recommended to replace it once every 1-2 months. The exact time depends on your water quality and frequency of use. Regularly replacing the filter element will help ensure optimal filtration of your kettle.

How to replace the filter element?

1. Open the kettle lid and gently take out the old filter element, making sure not to dirty the surrounding kettle parts.
2. After taking out the old filter element, check whether there is any residue or sediment in the kettle. If there is, wipe it clean with clean water.
3. Insert the new filter element into the filter element slot. Make sure the filter element is installed correctly.

Please refer to the instruction manual of the water purification kettle for specific steps.
